1. The actual tickets will only be issued after payment has been received by WAGSMS.

2.  Please be aware that your ticket offer in Round 1 only lasts until the processing date, after which they will be re allocated to schools making a request.

3. The Festival costs us in excess of $100 000 to stage and we cannot leave tickets unsold for a school (on the chance that they may be wanted) when other schools are making requests.

4. As Tickets cost nearly 50 cents each to print we will only have printed sufficient tickets required for each concert. All tickets will be forwarded to be in schools by Tue 24 July for distribution.

5. A strict timeline will be followed and if your tickets have not been purchased by the set date they will be sold to another school in a second ticket issue.

6. If seating is still available door sales will be offered.

Mon 28 May	Tickets on sale for Round 1  (Sale period 10 Days)
Fri 8 June	Ticket Money for Round 1 to be posted in a cheque to WAGSMS. C/o Hillarys Primary School
Tues 12 June	Ticket Issue DEADLINE Round 1 Money must be received by POST at Hillarys Primary School. Not Departmental courier.
Fri 15 June	Deadline for return of Item detail to Concert Manager
Fri 15 June	Round 1  tickets will be posted to schools
Mon 18 June	Round 1 will be received in schools for distribution to parents. If they applied for Round two tickets information will be included. Round 2 on sale to parents.  (Sale period 10 Days)
Wed 20 June	Deadline for Comperes notes for Items to be received by Manager
Fri 29 June	Ticket Money for Round 2 to be posted in a cheque to WAGSMS. C/o Hillarys Primary School
