I agree to meet the following conditions of performing in the Festival Concert Program

1          Our school agrees to perform on any of the three indicated days with our preference noted and to be followed if possible.

This is necessary to ensure a balanced program for each Concert.

Please indicate your preferences {a minimum of three}  Mandurah only needs the one.

2          Consistent with the Burswood Theatre Policy, the School agrees to provide supervision at both the Rehearsal and Concert at the rate of 1 supervisor (including at least one teacher) for every 25 Prim / 35 Secondary pupils. 

3          Our School accepts the Code of Behaviour as set out in this registration package.

5 The School agrees to attend the rehearsal at the scheduled time, realising that the morning rehearsal may not finish until 12:30pm .

6 Our school agrees to comply with DET Copyright Policy.

7 Our School agrees to comply with DET Duty of Care Policy.

8 Our School agrees to comply with DET BMIS Policy
